We understand that choosing the right Everything DiSC option can be tricky and so we have put together this guide to help you to figure out which option is going to meet your needs most effectively.
In this guide, we are not intending to argue the particular benefits of choosing Everything DiSC over the other DISC offerings on the market. Rather, through this document we are looking to help you choose the best option moving forward, once you’ve decided that it’s Wiley’s Everything DiSC model and profiles that you want to be trained in or use in your business.
Trainers who consistently improve their offerings are much more likely to get their training suggestions accepted by decision makers. Skills that transform performance, resolve conflict, make teams more productive and result in cultural change are skills that are always in demand.
The Everything DiSC® Difference
The first thing you need to do is make sure that it is the Wiley Everything DiSC model that you are seeking to get trained in as this guide only relates to the options to train in Wiley’s Everything DiSC profiles.
Many people are not aware that there are other DISC models based on the work of William Mouton Marston out there, all with their own way of assessing styles and all with their ways of representing D,I S and C styles. They may even have different descriptions for the styles themselves.
Having done our detailed homework before getting involved with Wiley in 2008, we personally believe that Wiley’s Everything DiSC model and profiles are the best – and having worked with hundreds of clients over the years and seen the benefits directly, we are of course now admittedly biased in favour of this particular suite of resources.
