Catalyst just got even better!

A new feature has been added to the Catalyst learner platform and all learners with an Everything DiSC Catalyst profile (Workplace, Agile EQ and/or Management) will be able to use it.

Called ‘Your Groups’, this tool enables individual learners to create and save ‘group maps’ that reflect any group or team of people that they are working with.

By capturing the blend of DiSC styles, ‘group maps’ enable team members to better understand group dynamics and deepen their understanding of the individuals in their team.

Any Catalyst profile in a specific organisation on Catalyst can be included and this too is in the hands of the individual learner.

What this means is higher performing, more cohesive teams!
