Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders Kit

The Work of Leaders is based on a simple yet powerful model.

The role of a leader is to:

• Gain Alignment
• Champion Execution.

The Everything DiSC Work of Leaders^® Facilitation Kit is designed to be used with the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Profile, which is sold separately. 

The Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders training facilitation kit contains five x 60 to 90 minute modules.

Getting into the detail

Module 1 -Introduction to Work of Leaders: Participants discover the Work of Leaders process. Includes optional “Discovering DiSC®” activity.

Module 2 – Vision: Participants learn about the three drivers of Vision and discover how they approach each driver.

Module 3 – Alignment: Participants learn about the three drivers of Alignment and discover how they approach each driver.

Module 4 – Execution: Participants learn about the three drivers of Execution and discover how they approach each driver.

Module 5 – Action Planning: Participants explore their strengths and challenges and create an action plan for improvement.

The kit also contains podcasts, narrated by one of Wiley’s Directors of Research, that help you, as a trainer, to understand the model even more thoroughly so that you are fully prepared for participant questions.

The kit is now fully downloadable so the contents can all be accessed easily and immediately.
